Job summary

Tag Systems USA in Eatontown, NJ seeks a full-time Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives, strengthen operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across our growing organization. You will manage the Quality team, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, develop procedures, monitor metrics, and collaborate with Production to reduce defects and ensure secure card manufacturing and related services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and manufacturing quality processes.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience supporting internal and external audits.
• Experience developing quality procedures, work instructions, inspection plans, and quality records.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees and drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality team and drive improvements across manufacturing, printing and fulfillment.
• Oversee the Quality Management System and audit readiness.
• Support ISO compliance efforts and coordinate internal/external audits.
• Establish inspection standards and testing procedures; prepare leadership reports.
• Collaborate with Production to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

ARE YOU THE QUALITY MANAGER OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment

Previous quality supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred. Experience in secure card manufacturing, payment card personalization, printing, packaging, financial products, or other high-security manufacturing environments is highly desirable. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, QMS platforms, and manufacturing systems is also preferred.

As our Quality Manager, you'll start each day focused on maintaining and elevating quality throughout the facility. You'll guide and develop the Quality team, collaborate with Production to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, monitor quality metrics, investigate defects and customer concerns, and implement corrective and preventative actions that strengthen operations. You'll oversee the Quality Management System, maintain audit readiness, support ISO compliance efforts, establish inspection standards and testing procedures, prepare reports for leadership, and ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and industry requirements. Whether you're training employees, supporting new product launches, coordinating audits, or strengthening manufacturing, printing, personalization, packaging, and fulfillment processes, your work will directly influence operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
