Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience.
• Experience supervising or leading in a manufacturing environment required.
• Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet schedules, deadlines, and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop team leaders, machine operators, and production employees.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, quality, downtime, and other KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Partner with Quality and Maintenance to resolve production, equipment, and quality issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and efficiency.
• Ensure employees are properly trained on equipment, procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
• Support production scheduling, staffing plans, and departmental goals.
• Maintain accurate production records and provide management with updates on output, staffing, downtime, and operational concerns.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a professional, accountable, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support production operations.

TAG Systems USA is seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within our secure card manufacturing and personalization facility.

This role is responsible for leading production employees, coordinating workflow and staffing, monitoring performance, and ensuring production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

The Production Supervisor will work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Human Resources, and management to maintain high standards of quality, security, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet schedules, deadlines, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, workflow management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and performance metrics.
• Experience in secure manufacturing, financial cards, printing, packaging, or a similar environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or manufacturing systems preferred.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and regularly walk the production floor.
• Ability to work around manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Must comply with all company safety, security, confidentiality, and access-control requirements.
