Job summary

Tag Systems USA in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a skilled manufacturing team, ensure on-time production, and uphold quality standards. THE TYPE OF PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of scheduling, workflow management, and continuous improvement
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze production data and performance metrics
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and regularly walk the floor
• Ability to work around manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Commitment to all company safety, security, confidentiality, and access-control requirements

Experience in secure manufacturing, financial cards, printing, packaging, or similar environments, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or manufacturing systems, is highly preferred.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

This is a full-time position, and shift schedules may vary but will always be scheduled within regular business hours.

In this role, you'll oversee daily production operations to ensure schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are met. You'll lead and develop production teams, monitor performance and key metrics, and work closely with Quality and Maintenance to resolve operational challenges. You'll identify opportunities to improve efficiency, support employee training and scheduling efforts, maintain production records, and implement solutions that keep operations running smoothly. You'll also help foster a professional, collaborative, accountable, and safety-focused environment where both employees and production goals can succeed.
