Akima Global Logistics seeks a Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for NSA Annapolis contracts. You will lead the QMS program, develop inspections, and coordinate with KO, COR, and PAR to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.

The role requires 5+ years in BOS/QMS, strong leadership, and experience with MAXIMO data and performance metrics. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated NACI.
• High school diploma required.
• Formal training in quality management system development and surveillance.
• 5+ years of experience in preparing and enforcing QMS programs on BOS contracts (or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Oversee quality control activities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS per contract and QM Plan.
• Prepare and submit QM Plan and Contractor Quality Inspection and Surveillance Report.
• Enforce quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Analyze KPIs and quality metrics to meet reliability goals.
• Coordinate with KO/COR/PAR on QA surveillance and audits.
• Resolve non-conformances and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Supervise Quality Control personnel on-site.
• Plan and organize QA training for personnel.
• Serve as primary QA contact with leadership on quality matters.
• Lead QC team and align with strategic objectives.
