Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a QA Lead in the United States to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across production lines. You will lead a high-performance team, review records, and support audits while upholding Saputo’s standards.

The role requires an associate degree in science and at least two years in a lab, with GMP familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing production needs. Weekend work flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in science-based area (e.g. Microbiology, Food Science) or equivalent lab experience.
• 2+ years laboratory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP and sanitation policies.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product quality and productivity with the team.
• Ensure procedures for product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Support audits, data entry, and QA documentation.
• Draft/update SOPs; support QA systems incl. HACCP and GMP.
• Train employees on quality and food safety standards.
