Job summary

Saint-Gobain's Akron, OH facility seeks a Quality Manager to lead the Quality function, shaping site strategy and developing the Quality team to meet customer, regulatory, and company expectations. You will champion ISO 9001:2015 compliance, oversee audits, CAPA, and supplier quality, and partner across Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and product safety.

This is a high-visibility role with impact on operations, cost, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in a regulated industry.
• 5+ years in Quality Management or Quality function.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of quality systems, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Experience interpreting regulatory/customer quality requirements in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System per ISO 9001:2015 and audits.
• Oversee document control, change management, CAPA, and supplier quality.
• Lead quality improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
• Serve as Quality partner to customers and plant leadership.
• Drive problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety and compliance alignment with EHS.
