Snyder Executive Search is partnering with an established manufacturer to recruit a Quality Manager for its Dayton facility. This is an opportunity to help shape the site’s quality strategy, strengthen its systems, and develop a team supporting complex, precision-driven manufacturing operations.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll lead quality engineering, inspection, testing, and quality systems. The company is investing in its operations and needs a proactive leader who can turn quality objectives into measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, operational performance, and cost.

What You Bring
Additional strengths include experience with tight‑tolerance manufacturing, specialized quality standards such as AS9100 or ISO 13485, and ASQ or Lean Six Sigma certification.

During your first year, you'll strengthen the quality management system, improve customer communication, reduce recurring quality issues, and establish clear supplier performance expectations. You'll also develop a practical long-term quality roadmap and growth plans for your team.
