Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years' experience managing ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Experience in healthcare/regulated fields is highly valued.
• 5+ years' experience with metrology and inspection systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality activities and manage department budget and CAPEX.
• Develop and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems for multiple product lines.
• Drive improvements using DMAIC, PFMEA, and other six sigma tools.
• Coach and manage department personnel, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with R&D, Technology, and Operations to ensure capable processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and EHS policies and drive cost improvements.
