Job summary

Saint-Gobain Life Sciences seeks a senior leader for Portage site quality operations. You will own day-to-day quality performance, drive CAPA effectiveness, and tackle deviations and nonconformances while guiding root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.

You will build cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain, develop quality talent, and embed a culture where quality decisions are part of daily work across the Medical Business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience with Quality Operations leadership role with direct accountability for day to day quality performance.
• 7+ years progressive experience with in Quality, Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years direct experience with direct people leadership, including coaching, performance management, and talent development for hourly and exempt employee levels
• 5+ years experience managing people and other leaders
• 2+ years experience supporting or leading multi site or shared site quality oversight
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science/Technical related field or other BA/BS program may be considered if the applicant has successfully completed fundamental math and science coursework.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day quality performance at the Portage site.
• Leads CAPA effectiveness and deviation management.
• Strengthens right-first-time performance via disciplined root cause analysis.
• Improves cross-functional execution between Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Develops quality talent and embeds a culture of quality across sites.
