Module X Solutions, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead a growing QA team and ensure products meet regulatory, customer, and internal standards. The role oversees ~50 teammates and expands with customer demand, driving audits, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across the QMS.

The individual will manage supervisors and QA inspectors, coordinate daily QA activities with production, and maintain calibration and quality documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience providing quality assurance and quality control on projects.
• 5+ years in management roles in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
• RCCA, 6-sigma or other experience is preferred.
• Certification in a Quality related area desired.

Responsabilidades

• Own health and safety of teammates with full PPE compliance and clean work areas.
• Deliver high-quality products on time and own customer relationships.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and KPIs.
• Build a leadership team capable of scaling with customer needs.
• Schedule quality inspectors to support production and shipping.
• Coach supervisors and QC inspectors.
• Address nonconforming product and customer complaints.
• Perform internal audits of the QMS on schedule.
• Assist Quality Director in managing the QMS.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and drive product improvements.
• Maintain quality documentation and calibration records.
