Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. seeks a Supervisor Quality Systems to lead the local Quality Management System and ensure FDA, SQF and HACCP compliance across the facility.

The role includes overseeing audits, document control, and quality data collection, while championing continuous improvement in a fast-paced beverage production environment. You will report to the Department Manager and guide a team on quality practices, training, and adherence to Refresco quality policies, GMPs, and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality management or related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in QA/QC in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Quality System Software and audits (GFSI/SQF/FSSC).

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct work of other employees within quality systems.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, state/city regulations and GMP/HACCP standards.
• Develop, implement, and continually improve SQF system and related quality processes.
• Audit internal and external systems and maintain documentation control and data collection.
