Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Quality to oversee daily quality operations and sanitation, ensuring compliance with GMPs and protective standards. You will lead a team, manage KPI tracking, and drive continuous improvement across the SQF program.

Reporting to the Manager of Quality, this role requires expertise in SAP Quality Module, lab testing, and regulatory knowledge. The position supports safe, high-quality beverage production in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related discipline preferred (or equivalent related experience).
• Three (3) plus years supervisory experience in quality within a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF and related quality systems; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality operations and sanitation systems to ensure compliance with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and direct the work of other employees; responsible for personnel decisions in hiring and performance.
• Maintain compliance with third-party food safety and quality certifications and drive continual improvement of the SQF system.
