Parker Hannifin seeks a Quality Leader at its Otsego, MI site to oversee daily quality operations, supervise staff, and ensure products meet internal and customer requirements. The role translates quality policies into shop-floor actions, drives CAPA, and champions continuous improvement on-site.

Responsibilities include leading inspectors, ensuring control plans, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA usage, and coordinating with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in quality analysis or similar; strong problem solving.
• Experience leading hourly or non-exempt staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and audit practices is required.
• Proficient with QMS tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead site quality inspectors/technicians and manage multiple value streams.
• Drive PQP adoption, audits, CAPA, and document control effectiveness.
• Monitor metrics like FPY, scrap, and cost of quality with action plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
