Job summary
Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Quality Leader in Forest City, NC to oversee day-to-day quality operations and drive CAPA and continuous improvement. You will lead quality personnel, ensure products and processes meet internal standards and customer/regulatory requirements, and translate quality policies into shop-floor activities.
The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years in quality analysis, and 1 year of supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of quality analysis or software testing experience (manual/auto).
- 1 year of supervision of hourly/non-exempt employees.
Responsibilities
- Owns and drives adherence to Parker Quality Process (PQP) methodologies at the site.
- Lead site quality inspectors/technicians across value streams.
- Facilitate root cause analysis using A3, 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone; deploy preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and support NPI/ECN changes.
- Lead, coach, and develop quality staff; promote continuous improvement culture.
