Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Forest City, NC, is seeking a Quality Leader to drive site quality management and continuous improvement. You will translate quality policy into shop floor actions, lead CAPA programs, and manage day-to-day quality operations across one or more value streams.

You will supervise quality inspectors/technicians, ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and partner with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve process capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in quality analysis or software testing (manual/auto).
• 1 year of supervising hourly or non-exempt employees.
• Knowledge of QMS principles (ISO 9001) and audit practices.
• Proficient with CAPA, 8D/A3, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC and MSA.
• Able to interpret drawings; GD&T familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives adherence to Parker PQP and related site tools.
• Sustain site QMS including internal audits, document control, training.
• Lead CAPA processes with timely closure and verification.
• Oversee quality personnel across value streams and MRB support.
• Collaborate with Ops, Eng and Supply Chain on quality issues.
