Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Manager of Quality to oversee the plant's quality program, ensuring product and package quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead the Quality team, manage laboratories, implement SQF, drive cost controls, reduce waste, and mentor staff while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced beverage environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Food Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of direct management experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment (food/beverage preferred).
• SQF Practitioner certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, FDA standards and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, safety policies, and PPE requirements.
• Directly manage the Quality team to meet KPIs and CI goals.
• Oversee laboratory, water treatment, sanitation, and quality processes.
• Develop and maintain SQF System and quality documentation.
• Lead internal audits and implement corrective actions.
