Job summary

You will lead investigations, drive corrective actions, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable improvements.

The role requires a strong technical background, 5+ years in manufacturing/quality, and expertise in ISO 9001; experience with SAP, LIMS, IP.21, and Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/quality role.
• Experience leading Root Cause Analysis investigations.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into customer complaints, nonconforming products and deviations.
• Prepare and manage 8D reports and corrective actions.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits to verify ISO 9001 compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Supply Chain and Suppliers to improve quality.
