Job summary

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Lead CAPA, COPQ, VOE, DCO, ECO, change management, document control, and QMS-related quality initiatives.

• Professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, vendors, factory representatives, and cross-functional teams.


• Strong interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with P21 or a similar ERP system.


• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, operations, or another quality-focused business environment.


• Familiarity with non-product software validation, COPQ tracking, VOE programs, CAPA investigations, ECO/DCO processes, software validation, document control, or QMS compliance.


• Experience with WordPress, SharePoint administration, phone systems, IT asset management, server room support, or internal web applications.


• Experience contributing to strategic planning, system enhancement reviews, process improvement initiatives, or IT project support.
