Job summary

Des-Case Corporation, a Timken company, is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Goodlettsville, TN. You will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams to drive process improvements, reduce risk, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through a proactive quality culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in a quality leadership or supervisory role, or eight years in quality assurance/quality engineering.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and manufacturing quality principles.
• Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective action activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Systems Leadership to maintain and improve QEMS per ISO 9001/14001.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; drive CAPA programs and preventive actions.
• Lead internal audits and support customer audits; ensure compliance.
• Coach and develop the quality team; partner cross-functionally for excellence.
• Translate customer requirements into robust quality controls and plans.
