Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead a team of QA Technicians in Northlake, IL. You will design experiments, analyze quality data, and drive corrective actions to ensure products meet company and customer standards.

You’ll partner with manufacturing, QA, and compliance to maintain audits, implement Continuous Improvement, and train staff on QC processes, GMPs, and quality policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BS in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in product development or quality role, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Experience building Quality Plans to meet KPIs and goals.
• GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF principles knowledge; QA/QMS familiarity.
• Lean Six Sigma helpful but not required.
• SAP and SPC experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop protocols and training materials with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to QA Techs, managing workload and training.
• Ensure quality and food safety initiatives align with customer expectations.
• Maintain audit readiness for third-party, regulatory, and certifications.
• Collect, analyze and report performance and conformance data to production managers.
• Train Quality Teams and Plant personnel in QC processes and policies.
• Perform audits and quality tests with operations and QA staff.
• Audit production processes and document corrective actions over time.
• Develop and maintain quality records and communicate priorities and status.
• Identify and implement effective corrective actions using quality tools.
• Monitor QC performance to ensure packaging and labeling meet specs.
