Keurig Dr Pepper in Northlake, IL is hiring a Production Technician II to operate, troubleshoot and maintain packaging equipment in a state-of-the-art aseptic facility. You’ll drive process improvements for safety, quality and efficiency while supporting shift operations on 3rd shift.

The role requires hands-on experience with automated machinery, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and basic math for production calculations. Domestic travel may be required during training.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• 1 year experience monitoring and performing product quality testing; computer and software skills including Microsoft Office.
• Basic math skills for production calculations and loss/waste analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety-first duties and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials.
• Operate and monitor lines for quality and defects; perform minor repairs and adjustments.
• Record data and adjustments from data findings.
• Carry out autonomous (AM) and preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
• Perform machine changeovers and sanitize equipment.
