Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Victorville, CA, seeks a Quality Supervisor on full-time 2nd shift to lead QA Technicians. You will design experiments for product and packaging, analyze quality problems, perform audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will coordinate quality data reporting, drive compliance with GMP/HACCP/FSMA/SQF, and mentor staff in QC procedures. Applicants should bring a science degree and QA experience in food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• BS in a science/engineering field with strong QA focus.
• 3–5 years in product development or quality roles in food manufacturing.
• Proven ability to build Quality Plans aligned with KPIs and goals.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF Principles & Food Defense.
• Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Experience with SAP and SPC/InfinityQS is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail; self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA Technicians, assign workload, train, and resolve issues.
• Link quality initiatives to product development, manufacturing and customer needs.
• Maintain audit readiness for third-party, regulatory and certification reviews.
• Collect, analyze, and report performance and conformance data for production managers.
• Train staff in QC processes and testing procedures; document procedures.
• Audit processes with operations to ensure compliance and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality records and customer complaint reports.
• Apply quality tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues; map processes.
