Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Manufacturing Production Supervisor in Northlake, IL. The role directs and coaches operators on fast, high‑speed lines, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while steering cost control and continuous improvement.

The position requires strong leadership, lean manufacturing knowledge, and experience with SAP and MS Office. The shift runs 1:00pm–10:30pm with potential weekend/holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and TPM.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Excel.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach production operators to execute daily/weekly schedules on multiple lines.
• Manage within labor and operating expense budgets.
• Coordinate beverage packaging to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Meet site productivity, quality, safety, health, and morale goals.
• Complete and update production paperwork and records.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and safe for use.
• Analyze production records to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend long-term improvements, including equipment changes and process updates.
• Drive continuous improvement through teamwork and skills development.
• Staff, train, and develop team members.
• Manage labor relations within the labor contract and policy.
