Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Production Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality team and ensure food safety, GMP, and lab compliance at the site. You will shape QA programs, audit readiness, and cross‑functional collaboration with production leadership.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 4+ years in quality control in manufacturing, 5+ years of management, and FSSC audit experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or highly preferred in Microbiology, Food Science, Quality or Management.
• At least 4 years of quality control experience in manufacturing, including plant and lab.
• At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• FSSC Audit experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Quality department employees, directing quality, batching and sanitation functions.
• Ensures compliance with plant, division, corporate, and regulatory QA requirements (GMP, food safety, audits).
• Improves QA policies and procedures to align with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supports internal and external audits (FDA, AIB, FSSC, ISO 22001).
• Tracks KPIs related to Quality and Sanitation.
• Serves as primary site contact for raw material and packaging suppliers; manages nonconformance with corrective actions.
