Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Northlake, IL is seeking a Production Technician II to operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging equipment in a state-of-the-art aseptic facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, machine changeovers and minor adjustments to support safety, quality, and efficiency.

This full-time role on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 9:30pm–6:00am) requires flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Training may include domestic travel.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• 1 year experience monitoring and performing product quality testing; proficiency with computers.
• Basic math for production calculations and loss/waste analysis.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand on manufacturing floor with occasional computer work.
• Aseptic manufacturing experience preferred.
• Availability for extended hours and flexible time across departments.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties with a safety first approach.
• Ensures work areas are clean and organized at all times.
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Operate and monitor line for defective materials and perform other related work in accordance with line quality.
• Troubleshoot and make minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Record all data as required (i.e. charts, necessary process adjustments based on data findings, etc.).
• Perform standard work for Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities.
• Perform machine changeovers and clean and sanitize all equipment.
