Job summary

Responsibilities include directing personnel, observing equipment, providing feedback, coordinating setup, training staff, and enforcing USDA and GMP procedures to keep the area clean and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production or quality team in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication skills with ability to instruct and coach staff.
• Familiarity with USDA and GMP policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily production duties under supervision.
• Observe equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Provide timely feedback to supervisor on daily production issues.
• Coordinate daily equipment setup to ensure on-time line readiness.
• Train and develop staff to ensure a quality product.
• Maintain adherence to safety, USDA, and GMP policies.
