• Assist in training staff to maintain product quality.
• Identify yield improvements with the team.
• Prepare area before shift start for setup.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance for scheduled hours.
• Ensure lines and equipment run efficiently and safely.
• Use designated tools and scales as required.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Coach and motivate team members.
• Train new employees and support existing staff.
• Adhere to safety, USDA, and GMP procedures.
