Job summary

Twin Rivers Foods, Inc. in Mulberry, AR, is seeking a Mulberry Marination Operator to handle all marinating of product according to specifications. You will manage marination processes, monitor equipment, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

This full-time production role requires standing for long periods and working in hot/cold environments. Training on SSOPs, GMPs, and safety rules will be provided; prior meat processing experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Follow product marination specifications and proper storage of unused marinating ingredients.
• Refer to Allergen Control Policy to ensure proper usage of allergens.
• Must follow SSOP’s, GMP’s, PPE’s and company handbook rules.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot/cold or wet/dry environments.

Responsibilities

• Refer to product specification sheets for proper ingredient mixing and application.
• Set up marination hopper and verify equipment condition.
• Check hopper scale for accuracy and verify ingredients and batch numbers.
• Mix required batch in mixing tank and add meat to the marination hopper.
• Vacuum marination and ensure tight seals on marination doors.
• Repeat marination process for each batch marinated during the shift.
• Return unused ingredients to the ingredient room at shift end.
• Manifest all incoming product and ingredients.
