Twin Rivers Foods, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Mulberry General Production employee in Mulberry, AR. This full-time position for hourly staff involves working in a cold, wet production area and performing class 1 production tasks across departments such as Layout and Process control.

No prior experience is required, though it is preferred; candidates must be reliable, able to stand long hours, lift up to 70 lbs, and work any shift in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Entry-level production category for hourly employees.
• Experience is not required, but is preferred.
• Covers all tasks in production process that are class 1.
• Examples of class 1 include Layout, Clean-up Process control, and other processing departments.
• Reliable and dependable; will be at work when scheduled to work. Available to work any shift.
• Positions involve standing for long periods, lifting to 70 lbs., bending, stooping, reaching and grasping.
• Environment: cold (40 to 45 degrees), floors are wet.
• Must follow all guidelines related to SSOP’s, GMP’s, PPE’s, etc.
• Must follow all rules in line with the company handbook, including attendance, break times, etc.
• Physical Requirement: Standing/walking during entire shift; reaching, lifting, grasping; work in wet, cold environment.
