Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Greer, SC is seeking a Supervisor of Quality to oversee daily quality operations, ensuring GMP compliance and sanitation across the plant.

You will lead a team, apply laboratory testing protocols, and manage SAP Quality modules to post orders, access reports, and handle recalls. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of SQF and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in quality within a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF and relevant quality standards; certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP Quality Module and lab testing methods.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality operations and ensure compliance with GMPs and safety policies.
• Manage laboratory testing, data collection, and KPI tracking within SAP.
• Direct supervision of Quality staff and participate in personnel decisions.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, FDA, state and local requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of the SQF system and quality management processes.
• Audit records and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production to address quality issues and recalls if needed.
