Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to monitor production, collect samples, and analyze against specifications. You will document deviations, propose CAPA, and ensure compliance with QA procedures across the dairy facility.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s Degree in Food or Dairy Science, strong math and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office. This 24/7 facility requires flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with a concentration in Food or Dairy Science preferred.
• Experience with food quality specifications and analytical testing preferred.
• Familiarity with SQF, QA/QC, HACCP, GMP etc. preferred.
• Pass regulatory certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product quality and collect samples from production lines.
• Perform microbiological sampling and testing.
• Keep QC records and enter data into the system.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
• Support internal and external audits and recalls.
