Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United States is seeking a Quality Associate II who embraces challenges, works quickly yet safely, and can navigate internal processes to support product quality.

You will qualify and maintain particle analysis equipment, lead cross-functional projects, review non-conformances, and contribute to procedures and test methods while collaborating across the Quality organization.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Science, Engineering or Math is required.
• Experience in quality laboratories, microbiology or sterility assurance.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal English.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; familiarity with lab software.
• Direct industry knowledge.
• Ability to work independently or in teams.
• Experience with membrane filtration for particle analysis; FTIR and microscopy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, maintain and troubleshoot particle analysis equipment.
• Lead intermediate-scope projects with cross-functional teams.
• Review non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, propose actions.
• Develop and update procedures, work instructions, test methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups and document project work.
• Prioritize workload and tasks.
