Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Quality Lab Associate to perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials, solutions, and components following approved SOPs. You will train peers, ensure data integrity, and support 6S and safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, instrument maintenance, and collaboration with the Quality team to deliver compliant products for patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Natural Sciences, Chemistry preferred.
• 1+ year in a chemistry lab or Master’s with relevant lab experience.
• Digital literacy with Word/Excel.
• Good documentation and GDP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze chemical compounds using chromatography, spectroscopy, or spectrophotometry.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab instruments.
• Prepare test solutions and standards for testing.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Enter data into LIMS and review samples.
• Maintain a clean, compliant lab environment.
