Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Quality Lab Supervisor for the CMP Pads Manufacturing team at our Aurora, IL facility.

This role leads the Quality Lab Technicians on the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:00pm, Mon-Fri) to ensure safe, compliant, and timely lab execution across manufacturing, product development, and customer-return analyses. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering teamwork, continuous improvement, and accountability.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in a technical field with manufacturing quality lab experience
• 5+ years leading a quality lab or manufacturing team
• Strong knowledge of quality and manufacturing principles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with statistical software is preferred
• Onsite manufacturing environment experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Lab Technicians to execute safe, compliant lab work on 2nd shift
• Ensure test results and COAs are complete and traceable
• Address quality issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Support lean 6S and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare for internal, customer, and external audits
• Coach and develop staff with performance reviews
