Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Aurora, IL, seeks a Quality Lab Supervisor for the CMP Pads Manufacturing team. You will lead Quality Lab Technicians, oversee day-to-day lab execution, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the 2:00pm–10:00pm shift.

You will apply Lean and Six Sigma concepts, manage investigations into nonconformances, and maintain complete, traceable records for audits and customers. Onsite with potential weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in quality lab or manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing quality lab environment.
• Strong understanding of quality principles and ability to learn lab areas quickly.

Responsibilities

• Model safe work practices and ensure cleanliness and EHS compliance.
• Train, coach, and develop laboratory technicians; manage performance reviews.
• Ensure test results, COAs, and LIMS records are complete and traceable.
• Lead investigations into product, instrument, method, and quality deviations; document results.
