Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Coordinator Product Quality to join the Quality Laboratory team in Leonia, NJ. The role focuses on coordinating sample submissions, testing coordination, and maintaining quality documentation to ensure product safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have GMP/GDP knowledge and experience in regulated environments, plus strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing sample submissions and tracking in a lab or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP and relevant regulatory standards.
• Experience in a regulated environment (food & beverage, pharma, cosmetics, chemicals).

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Laboratory mission by managing routine sample submissions and testing coordination.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding sample status and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and data trending related to quality testing processes.
• Review certificates of analysis, QA/QC reports, and other quality documentation for raw materials and products.
• Assist during annual audits and support laboratory operations, including procurement and invoice management.
