Job Title- Laboratory coordinator-Quality
Duration- 06 Month+ Project
Work Location: Leonia, NJ
Work Schedule: FT / M-F 8am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $25.00/Hour On W2
Position Summary
The Coordinator, Product Quality supports the Quality Laboratory by coordinating product and raw material sample submissions, tracking laboratory testing, maintaining quality records, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily submissions of raw material, bulk, and special samples to QC laboratories.
- Process incoming sample submissions and ensure all required information and documentation is complete.
- Track samples undergoing testing and provide daily and weekly status updates to management.
- Coordinate re-sampling and follow up on missing documentation, specifications, or other quality issues.
- Review Certificates of Analysis (CoA), QA/QC reports, and other quality-related documents.
- Coordinate with outside laboratories for sample submissions and test results.
- Create and maintain quality reports, spreadsheets, laboratory logs, and quality data trends.
- Support Quality Management during annual audits.
- Create Purchase Orders for laboratory supplies and manage receipts and invoices through electronic systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, laboratories, and other stakeholders.
- Follow Quality Lab Services principles, ISO 17025, GMP, GLP, QMS, and SHE requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand basic chemistry and microbiology terminology and laboratory documentation.
- Familiarity with GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

- Use of a standard computer keyboard for data entry.
