As a Coordinator Product Quality, you will be part of the Quality Laboratory supporting laboratory services to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. - Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, Food & Beverage, pharma, Nutraceuticals, Consumer Products,Cosmetics,Chemical Manufacturingor regulated environment
What's the Job?
- Support the Quality Laboratory mission by managing routine sample submissions and testing coordination.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding sample status and documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate reports, logs, and data trending related to quality testing processes.
- Review certificates of analysis, QA/QC reports, and other quality documentation for raw materials and products.
- Assist during annual audits and support laboratory operations, including procurement and invoice management.
What's Needed?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and understand chemistry, microbiology terminology, and documentation.
- Familiarity with GMP, Good Documentation Practices, ISO 17025, SHE principles, and Nestlé QMS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and adapt to changing work environments.
