Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an Inventory Auditor/QR Analyst to publish weekly counts and audits, coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, and lead audit efforts. The role includes directing staff, documenting results, and spotting trends for corrective action.

You'll work in a fast-paced logistics environment, requiring strong communication, rigorous audit discipline, and teamwork. The position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of industry related experience preferred.
• Strong audit skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily to allocate resources.
• Directs personnel for audits and inventory counts and provides analysis reports.
• Prepares daily written and electronic summaries of audit results.
• Manages spot audit activities across receiving, packing, and shipping.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends and areas for corrective action.
