Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operative to manage inventory planning and audits at our Walton, KY location. You will coordinate weekly counts, spot and quality audits, and align resources with supervisors to meet schedules.

Strong Excel skills and experience with warehouse processes are essential. You will communicate results, identify trends, and support continuous improvement in inventory control while working in a team-oriented warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related logistics experience, preferably in inventory control.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) desired.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates inventory needs and implements strategies to meet those needs.
• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Communicates audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors to assign necessary resources.
• Provides daily written and electronic analysis of inventory counts and audit results.
• Coordinates spot audits, receiving, and shipping activities and records results in Excel.
