Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Auditor to oversee weekly inventory counts, spot and quality audits, and related documentation. The role requires coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors and leading audit personnel to ensure accurate counts and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in inventory control, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of related work experience.
• 6+ years of industry-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and publish weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinate schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily to assign resources.
• Direct and lead personnel; provide daily written and electronic audit analyses.
• Spot audit activities: unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, shipping; document results in Excel.
• Identify trends or processes needing corrective action with supervisors.
• Read and respond to emails promptly.
• On-site presence required at the assigned location.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
