The role involves tracking results, maintaining Excel records, and ensuring accuracy across counts and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Communicates and coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily to assign resources.
• Directs the work of personnel assigned to audits and provides daily written and electronic analyses of results.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping; documents results in Excel.
• Interacts with supervisors/leads to identify trends or processes needing corrective action.
• Reads and responds to emails in a timely fashion.
