Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced inventory auditor to establish and publish audit schedules, coordinate with supervisors, and analyze audit results. The role involves managing counts, spot audits, and quality checks across diverse accounts, with strong emphasis on documentation in Excel.

The ideal candidate will have extensive audit experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a collaborative logistics environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Communicates and coordinates audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of audit results.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel coordination with documentation in Excel.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends or corrective actions.
• Reads and responds to emails in a timely fashion.
