Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks an experienced Inventory Audit Specialist to establish and publish weekly audit schedules across all accounts. You will coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors and document audit results in Excel, supporting trend analysis and corrective actions.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, excellent audit skills, and meticulous attention to detail. A High School diploma and 5+ years in related work are expected, with comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Communicates and coordinates audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of audits.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping tasks documented in Excel.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends requiring corrective action.
• Reads and responds to all emails in a timely fashion.
