Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer, Quality Integration to ensure high quality releases across the Lattice platform. You will author and execute test plans, automate regression, and build robust test environments spanning Cloud and Robot domains.

You will contribute to CI/CD pipelines, implement AI-enabled automation, and help raise the bar for software quality across the platform, enabling safer, faster deployments for customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• CI/CD pipeline development including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience automating HITL and SITL in production release processes.
• Expertise in automated regression, unit, and integration testing.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Author and execute test plans against active release branches, combining manual and automated testing.
• Develop and maintain automated systems for development, verification, and release to uphold quality.
• Maintain reference environments used for verification ahead of each release.
• Build and maintain test environments (Cloud, Robot, NixOS VM) and assist teams in debugging.
• Implement interfaces and hooks enabling end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Integrate regression and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and enforce baselines.
• Help implement AI-enabled automation for failure triage and test generation.
• Onboard services onto the Integrated Continuous Release (ICR) pipeline and stabilize green runs.
• Raise engineering hygiene through code review, documentation, and debuggable tests.
