Job summary

Plexus is seeking a Quality Inspector in Wisconsin to perform routine inspection of sub-assemblies and high-level assemblies. You will visually inspect products, enter quality data, and support root-cause activities within a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a middle school certificate and knowledge of PCBA processes; some related experience is preferred and QA certification may be pursued within six months. Competitive benefits and standard work hours apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum middle school certificate required.
• Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing (SMT, Backend).
• Six months of related manufacturing experience; 1+ years preferred.
• Intermediate electronic manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection procedures to ensure quality at various production stages.
• Visually inspect sub-assemblies and HLAs using magnification and sampling methods.
• Enter standardized information into GMP/GSF systems and report issues as needed.
• Maintain adherence to 5S standards and safety requirements.
