Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of middle school certificate required.
• Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing process (SMT, Backend).
• Six months of related manufacturing experience; one year preferred.
• Advanced reading, writing and math skills (12th grade level).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must complete QA certification within six months and maintain it.
• Basic PC skills: keyboarding, mouse, Google Workspace, Windows.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection procedures to ensure quality at production stages.
• Visually inspect sub-assemblies and HLA level products using magnifier or tools.
• Record standardized information into GSF and maintain accuracy.
• Supervise work area according to 5S standards.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
