Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum middle school certificate required.
• Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing process (SMT, Backend).
• Six months of related experience; 1+ year preferred.
• Intermediate electronic manufacturing experience including workmanship standards.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Root cause activities.
• Enter standardized information into GSF.
• Supervise work area per 5S standards.
• Perform routine inspection procedures to ensure quality at production stages.
• Keep supervisors informed and escalate issues as needed.
