Qualifications

• Middle school certificate required.
• Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing (SMT, Backend).
• Six months of related manufacturing experience; 1+ year preferred.
• Intermediate electronics manufacturing knowledge and workmanship standards.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in root cause activities.
• Enter standardized information into GSF.
• Supervise work area per 5S standards.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure quality at production stages.
• Escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
