Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Neenah, WI seeks a Quality Inspector to perform routine inspection procedures and ensure quality across production stages.

You will visually inspect sub-assemblies and HLA level products using magnifiers and inspection tools, and participate in sampling methods or 100% inspection. Ideal candidates have a middle school certificate, knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes, and up to 1 year of related work experience; training for QA certification will be provided within six

Qualifications

A minimum of Middle school certificate is required.
Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing process (SMT, Backend).
Six Months of related experience in manufacturing process is required; One (1) or more years of related experience in the position is preferred.
Intermediate electronic manufacturing experience, including knowledge of workmanship standards, is preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in root cause activities as required.
Enter standardized information into GSF.
Supervise work area according with 5 S standards.
Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
